TARIFAS Y CONDICIONES

-Nuestro estilo de fotografía:

Nuestro estilo es de tonos cálidos, es posible que el color original pueda variar.

-Cargo por demora:

Se solicita a todos los clientes que lleguen 10 minutos antes de la sesión. Se aplicará un cargo por retraso de ($25) si llega dentro de los 15 de retraso. Luego de los 15 minutos tarde, la sesión será cancelada y no es reembolsable ni transferible.

-Cargo por reprogramar:

Una vez reservado, las tarifas (depósito) no son reembolsables y están sujetas a una tarifa de reprogramación de ($35) si reprogramas tu lugar reservado dentro de los 60 días posteriores a la sesión programada.

-Detener una sesión de fotos o un evento inmediatamente:

Nos reservamos el derecho de terminar una sesión de fotos o un evento de inmediato en el que usted no coopere, sea perjudicial o abusivo con nosotros o con cualquiera de nuestros empleados o contratistas. En caso de que rescindamos el acuerdo en virtud de esta cláusula, se perderá su tarifa de experiencia. Si la sesión o evento se detiene por este motivo, no habrá devolución.

-Tarifa de galería en línea:

El enlace de la galería en línea se le enviará por correo electrónico dentro de los 10 días hábiles posteriores a su sesión (eventos están excluídos) y estará visible solo durante 7 días. Se aplicará una tarifa de extensión de ($25) para extender la galería.

-Precios sujetos a cambios:

Tenga en cuenta que todos los precios están sujetos a cambios sin previo aviso. Se aceptará cualquier experiencia reservada 48 horas antes de los cambios (garantizada mediante depósito).

-Derechos de Autor por CMEDINA PHOTOGRAPHY:

Todas las fotografías tomadas por CMEDINA PHOTOGRAPHY son de su propiedad, seguirán siendo de su propiedad y están protegidas por las leyes de derechos de autor de los Estados Unidos. Conservaremos todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual (incluidos los derechos de autor) sobre las fotografías y otros materiales que se le entreguen. Seremos libres de editar y mejorar las fotografías, no se entregará a ningún cliente fotografías en formato RAW (sin editar). El fotógrafo será propietario de los derechos de autor de todas las imágenes creadas y tendrá el derecho exclusivo de realizar reproducciones para, incluidos, entre otros, materiales de marketing, entradas de portafolio, productos de muestra, presentaciones editoriales y uso, o para exhibir dentro o en el sitio web, redes sociales, estudio y otros medios Si el cliente no desea que compartamos sus fotos en nuestra página web o redes sociales deberá notificarlo con anticipación o el día de su sesión. De vez en cuando también podemos autorizar fotografías para uso comercial. Se entiende que cualquier duplicación o alteración de imágenes originales por parte del cliente está estrictamente prohibida (Título 17 de la Ley de Copyright, Apéndice V. Disposiciones adicionales de la Ley de Copyright del Milenio Digital de 2005, Sección 102) sin el permiso por escrito del Fotógrafo. Los infractores de esta ley federal estarán sujetos a sus sanciones civiles y penales. Todas las imágenes tienen derechos de autor de CMEDINA PHOTOGRAPHY. Conservo todos los derechos de autor de mis fotografías / archivos. Nota: En cada sesión de fotos o evento, recibe permiso de impresión, no los derechos de autor.

RATES AND CONDITIONS

-Our Photography Style:

Our style features warm tones, it's possible that the original color may vary.

-Late Fee:

All clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to session. A ($25) late fee will be assessed if you are between 10-20 minutes late. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the session will be cancelled and is non refundable and non transferable.

-Reschedule Fee:

Once booked, experience fees are non refundable, and are subject to a ($35) rescheduling fee if you reschedule your reserved spot within 60 days of your scheduled session.

-Stop a Photo Session or Event immediately:

We reserve the right to terminate a photo session or event immediately that you are uncooperative, disruptive or abusive to us or any of our employees or contractors In the event that we terminate the agreement under this clause your experience fee will be forfeit. If the session is stopped due to this reason, there will be no refunds.

-Online Gallery Fee:

Your online gallery link will be e-mailed to you within 10 business days of your session (excluding weddings) and will be viewable for only 7 days. Extension fee of ($25) will be applied to extend gallery.

-Pricing subject to change:

Please be advised that all experiences and pricing are subject to change without notice. Any experience booked 48 hours prior to changes (secured by deposit) will be honored.

-Copyright by CMEDINA PHOTOGRAPHY:

All Photographs taken by CMEDINA PHOTOGRAPHY are his property, will remain his property and are protected by United States Copyright Laws. We will retain all intellectual property rights (including copyright) in the photographs and other materials delivered to you. We will be free to edit and enhance the photographs as we see fit (but we agree not to edit or modify any photograph in a derogatory or offensive manner). The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to, marketing materials, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions and use, or for display within or on the Photographer’s website, social media and/or studio. If the client doesn't want their pictures to be publish by CMEDINA PHOTOGRAPHY in our website or social media, they must request this in advance or during their session. From time to time we may also license photographs for commercial use. It is understood that any duplication or alteration by the client of original images is strictly prohibited {Copyright Law Title 17, Appendix V. Additional Provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act 2005, Section 102} without the written permission of the Photographer. Violators of this federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. All images are copyrighted by CMEDINA PHOTOGRAPHY. I retain all copyrights to my photographs/files.
