Understanding Copyright Laws for all media (Photography and Video) Usage:

CMEDINA PHOTOGRAPHY as the creator, automatically hold the copyright to all images and footage under U.S. copyright law. This means that while you have a license to use the photos and videos for the intended purpose, ownership of the images and footage remains with CMEDINA PHOTOGRAPHY LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. No RAW material will be delivered.



What This Means for You:

• Permitted Usage: 

You may use the photographs and/or videos for marketing, listings, and other agreed-upon purposes until the property sold.

• Restrictions: 

The images and/or footage cannot be sold, transferred, or given to third parties (e.g., other real estate agents, stagers, builders, brokers or any publications) without written permission.

• Extended Usage:

If additional usage rights are needed, we can discuss licensing options to meet your needs.

• Image/footage Modification Policy:

For the avoidance of doubt, the original image/footage files provided by CMEDINA PHOTOGRAPHY - CMEDINA REAL ESTATE MEDIA shall not be altered, edited, or otherwise modified under any circumstances. All retouching, enhancements, or adjustments shall be performed exclusively by CMEDINA PHOTOGRAPHY - CMEDINA REAL ESTATE MEDIA. This policy ensures the preservation of the original work’s authenticity and integrity, as well as consistent quality standards.

These policies help protect both of us by ensuring fair use and maintaining the integrity of the work.

-Reschedule Fee:

Once booked, fees are non refundable, and are subject to a ($35) rescheduling fee if you reschedule.
